1 /5 Julia Shoemake: This is the second time I ordered from them. BOTH times flowers were not delivered until well after 5 even after I had ordered earlier. The first time they delivered the next day. They apologized and said it is not normal for that to happen. However, it happened again this time. They gave same excuses both times. Short handed had a funeral. Which I totally understand. However, don’t take the order if you can’t fill it.

2 /5 T L: We ordered a funeral service spray for our friend’s father that passed and we spent $300 on the arrangement. We asked if we could have a photo of the arrangement to show the folks that contributed what the arrangement looked like, and we were met with a rude response that ‘they don’t do that.’ Sure, if that’s your policy, then we understand, but the way the response came across could’ve been nicer. Customer service is important if you’re trying to keep new customers. We will purchase from another florist next time.

1 /5 Tracy Cooley: I am very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I ordered the Make a Wish deluxe size thinking I would get close to the amount of flowers that was pictured. It was not even close. We called and were told we got what we ordered and it is the cheaper bouquet so there are not as many flowers. I understand I did not buy the most expensive arrangement but it was the one I thought was the best for who I sent it too.

5 /5 James Stafford: This isn’t my first time ordering from this flower shop. I made a big mistake and ordered flowers for my wife and accidentally ordered them for the day after my anniversary, and when I called, even at the end of the day, they were able to fix it and get it to my wife last minute. They went above and beyond without hesitation and made it happen. They saved my butt! This is why I do not order from big-name places and flower shops that charge more. I love buying locally because they care and not to mention the flowers were stunning and my wife loved the flowers, bear, and the chocolates that came! Honestly, I would give them 100 stars if I could. Every time we get an order from them, the flowers, gifts, and delivery are top-notch. They have made every special moment in life a little sweeter due to their service and fantastic flowers!

5 /5 Nikki: Just a huge thank you to you all for getting flowers to my stepmom for her birthday! She said they were so beautiful and it made her day. I can’t believe how fast you got them to her as well! Such amazing customer service and to know she absolutely loved them is such a blessing since we live in Albuquerque and I can’t make it to see her that you all helped by sending those so quick. I greatly appreciate it!!! Will definitely use you all for future needs!!!
