2 /5 T McK: Wasn’t the cleanest. I enjoyed speaking to the front desk lady she was very nice. PET/CT Tech was very nice but was “extremely” slow in getting me in and out of or even answering me when I called for a question or something while waiting for machine to do anything. I have NEVER had that kind of service at any other PET/CT, MRI and/or DEXA offices before so it was very weird to say the least. Most of my time was waiting for him in the waiting room to come get me which I showed up 30min early. So, I wasn’t even late. Then there’s was the at my actual appointment time the 20 min waiting for him to come take me back and then there’s the 40-45min Contrast wait which I didn’t mind cause I accounted for that but what annoyed me was the tech then had me waiting an extra 10 min before he came to take me for the PET. Went to the PET and laid down and again before started he left and had me waiting another 10 min for him to go do whatever and comeback and then go do whatever for another 5min and comeback to start and be in there for that PET time and it finishes and I’m left there in it for 10min asking for help to be taken out with no one hearing me and it was all so mind boggling. My son 18 was waiting for me. I was told this was 40 +30 (70min) and he was in my truck for over two hours. Hungry as heck waiting for me to take him to lunch. I was pretty upset. Not a good experience.
