1 /5 mendy kohler: The associates that worked there had no knowledge of the merchandise. They never came out from behind the counter. They were on their phones the whole time we were there and every question we asked they had no answer.

1 /5 sara lisa: Had a horrible experience. Wouldnt give me credit for any of my returns that I had bought less than a week ago. Young girl said my blouse was half off and then her mom shows up and says its full price as it clearly sits on a discounted rack. Will NEVER go back and suggest you dont waste your time as well.

5 /5 Kylie Holt Baxley: This young woman working yestersay was so nice and super patient as I was shopping for boots and hats for two toddlers WITH the two toddlers, LOL. I was really happy with the options, along with good quality and fair pricing. We will definitely shop here again! my 2 and 3 year old LOVE their new boots and cowboy hats! They didn’t want to take them off last night. :-)

1 /5 Dr B: Shouldve guessed when I pulled up and the parking lot was empty that this place had issues. Watch out! Salespeople act like they are doing you a favor, and you just better be glad they even let you in the door. I know I wont be back, too many other places, even if I have to drive farther, are very happy to do business with me!

4 /5 hector munoz: The Horseshoes Western Store located in Alice Texas America. Not a bad place to shop for just about anything western. They can get a little proud of their stuff price wise, but for the most part if your not going to buy a pair of boots then I would definitely recommend this place. Always have a good selection of Game Guard one my favorite brands FYI. I have always had a good experience with the workers always smiling and willing to with your western wear needs. If your ever in town I would definitely recommend this place from hats to caps boots or chaps. Theyve got what you need.
