3 /5 Dannielle Molesworth: A decent sized shop containing clothing, housewares, collectibles, jewelry, toys, shoes, small appliances, books, dvds/blu-ray and more. Make sure to check the conditions of your purchases. We found books written in cds scratch, clothing/shoes with holes, torn or missing buttons. Many items are overpriced, as if you were paying retail! While we perused the isles, an employee walked through the store, spraying an arisol air freshner around customers! Shortly there after, my husband started coughing, and he was having sinus issues. As he sat at the front of the shop, I paid for my few items.

1 /5 Harrell Horton: Im very disappointed in Hopes Closet. The female manager who I speak to over the phone with is rude with an mean attitude and ask as if shes bothered. I went here along with three other locations and still couldnt any school yearbooks from various schools. I was told that they dont put even put on shelfs after donations and that they just throw them away like nobody doesnt buy or collect them. Kind of odd that this is supposed to be a store selling secondhand clothes and other household goods and even carry every category books but not even school yearbooks. Instead of throwing away school yearbooks, yall couldnt have put up a big sign that tells you what they can carry and what dont not to carry. Other thrift stores carried about everything. And plus, someone could have been looking for one that might interest in them like myself. Besides that, i barely dont come in there often because they dont carry much things here like limited men clothing for my husband. I think Im gonna be going to other thrift stores until they get themselves together. Do better, Hopes Closet.

1 /5 Brittany Deleon Rios: I went in on Nov 11 around 5-6 pm. As I was checking out the lady who was checking me out charged me extra 5$. And she did not give me a receipt, and she was ignoring the phone as it was ringing. Unbelievable and will never come again. I can live without those 5$ but I guess she needs it more than I do. But she did not had to steal from me like that by upping the prices from 5.99 to 8.99.

5 /5 Maddy MC: I LOVE this place so much! All items are in great condition and up to style! It’s really relieving as a college student to find nice things a fair price. It’s very organized and the workers are very kind! The other day I bought my boyfriend a nice golf crewneck and he had people trying to buy it off of him! Definitely coming back again to support this well run non profit.
