1 /5 gary smith: I had a very disappointing experience at Hemline. I went in simply to make a return, and instead of being treated with courtesy, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. A staff member made a comment implying that I “must need money” because I was returning an item, which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, we overheard staff saying they “can’t wait until we leave.” No customer should ever feel unwelcome or talked about while shopping.
