My first time in we were excited at all the t-shirt options( the ability to have one custom made was even better). The issue began though with a custom hat order. Promised a 2 day turnaround and then nothing. 1 week later we reached out to the owner Candace and got no response. A 2nd attempt to find out when we should expect our order was met with a text that owner was out of town. Never did receive a followup. A 3rd and 4th attempt was made this past week with absolutely no response. Today went to the store approximately 1 hr after it opened to cancel our order and receive a refund. Young gentleman behind the counter helped us and we got our money back. As a business owner myself for many years there are many things that lead to success, but the biggest key is taking care of your customers as they provide the means for you to remain in business. Communication is key, blowing a customer off will put an Out of Business sign on your window very quickly especially in a small town like Boerne. Small business is the lifeblood of America and TEXAS.
