1 /5 Kay C: they had to load something in my truck, upon unloading at the house i noticed they absolutely destroyed my bed liner on my truck. super displeased. expensive fix for the lack of caution of other peoples property.

5 /5 Deeya Bain: This goodwill was significantly more organized and cleaner than most thrift stores. It is not large, but had good items and reasonable prices. Staff were polite too- I was really impressed overall.

1 /5 Samantha Lewandowski: This place is overpriced and has extremely unprofessional management. Goodwill is no longer what it used to be. Though the greeters/cashiers do great at making you feel welcomed in, the friendly atmosphere is ruined when management shows their true colors. The manager, I believe her name is Trina, is greatly seen as a problem. My husband and I witnessed her belittling and degrading work that is done by other employees. She has also been seen several times scolding customers and employees. Also I was there when she made a joke about a broken doll being an amputee when my ex significant other lost half a leg due to medical purposes. I found that extremely wrong and disgusting of her. Other than that, this place is a clean place with other great employees. Logan is a pleasure to see when I come in.

3 /5 C T: One of the most clean and organized Goodwill locations I’ve been to. However, it’s absolutely tiny, and things are SO overpriced here compared to other locations. $6 for command strips? Insane

1 /5 Sarah Moon: This used to a pleasant and affordable place to shop locally that hired local staff members. They were always friendly and helpful. What we saw today was disheartening. The new staff was running down the previous workers and bad mouthing them openly in the store in front of customers. They wouldn’t help the customers that asked for help. They were downright dismissive of the workers in the back unloading. It was very cold and unfriendly. There wasn’t a welcome in or anything sort of gesture. I miss the previous management and it’s sad that it’s become so commercialized and the hand up philosophy doesn’t seem to be present. I understand the market is changing and it is a business, but charging full price for donated items isn’t helping the community.
