1 /5 Evonne Anderson: I’m someone who often shops online from this brand, but I decided to visit the nearest store to me. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the staff—who all spoke with other customers before the customers left the store did not approach me or ask if I needed help. It quickly became clear that I was being overlooked, and I left the store shortly after. As a Black woman, it’s important to me that I am treated like any other customer, with the same level of attention and respect. I sincerely hope that this review will be taken seriously and that the employees receive cultural awareness and sensitivity training. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and valued when they shop.

1 /5 Pam Oliver: I placed an online order for an Emerson Tote to be picked up at your NorthPark Center store in Dallas (75225-4439). At no point during the ordering process did your website disclose that in-store pickup could take up to seven days. I then attempted to cancel the order immediately and was told that the cancellation process itself takes 48 hours, which is unacceptable. Expecting customers to wait up to a week to pick up an item that is already on the sales floor reflects extremely poor customer service. I wanted your corporate office to be aware of how disappointing this experience has been. I will also be sharing this experience online so other customers understand what to expect when choosing in-store pickup.

1 /5 Jessica Raymundo: I have been frequently shopping at this store for the past few years as I live in the area and I’ve had so many wonderful experiences here- today was completely different and disappointing. If you are minority dont come to this store, save yourself the experience of being treated less than ykw. When my mother and I came in to the store no one greeted us, yet the white ladies that came in after us were welcomed. I didn’t think much of it until after when I was shopping around the store this older white lady went around asking everyone else around me(who just so happened to be white) if they needed any help, she even made eye contact with me as she was doing this and still avoided me. And apparently I’m not the only Hispanic person that has experienced according to the other reviews.

1 /5 Miguel Morales: The employees working here are extremely unprofessional and rude. What happened to good customer service? I work in sales and I would never ignore people. The girls working here are rude and follow people of color around. I will never return to this store location. Ugh!
