5 /5 Ross Lewis: During the ice storm this week, a 2 inch slab of ice covered the hood of my minivan. When I dislodged its grip from the hood and it slid off, it took the nozzles that shoot water on the windshield off the hood. After finding out the tiny plastic pieces cost nearly 30 bucks each at the auto parts store, I decided to look for a solution made with genuine redneck ingenuity at Fix and Feed. I presented my dilemma to 2 ladies who work at Fix and Feed. I did not get one of the extremely nice and helpful ladies, the other extremely nice and helpful lady was J.T. She and I kicked it around for a little while and after some mental trial and error testing, J.T. and I came out with an excellent base plan. It is still in the developmental stages, but off to a good start thanks to the knowledge, patience, creativity and sense of humor provided by J.T. and her co-worker. Thank you ladies. You rock.
