1 /5 Prof. Alice Chen: I used to have a good impression of customer service in U.S. stores, but my experience at Express was disappointing. The staff first told me that leaving my phone number and email would give me a $10 discount. As a foreign customer, I spent time entering my number, only to be told later that it didn’t apply because my purchase was a “final sale.” This felt misleading. When I paid $100 for a $27.03 purchase. And I later found$0.03. but they refused to accept my coins in the register. which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Such details left me with a very poor impression. I truly hope the store can improve its service.

1 /5 Marie Arroyo: Horrible customer Service by the manager Melinda and Mia. Very immature mentality of the eye rolling and snapping with attitude remarks to provide a customer service experience. When advise of there was a market director or senior manager above to share my concern Melinda told me to contact google.
