1 /5 LAURA GUEVARA DE PEREIRA: Today I had a very disappointing experience at Tienda Express. The store manager, Rebeca, treated me with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. She ignored me, refused to answer my questions, and even turned her back on me while I was speaking. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel completely unwelcome.
I truly believe customer service should reflect care and courtesy, especially from a manager. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way.
