2 /5 kimberly Hochbruckner: Because alot of their employees are rude and assist manager dont know where,what who and even how much does it cost they are put into the position without any training of any kind and try to or find out any of the answers customers are asking they act as if they are scared to ask anything that they may lose their jobs how can they figure it all out basically they dont find out and come up with some kind of answers and customers are looking at them like there crazy I just think that they need to spend more time in classroom then in bathroom and be quizzed about it thats my opinion
