2 /5 Cleo Trotter: Please do better. I ordered a dress on November 18, 2025 for a special occasion. I sent an email on November 21 asking for the status of my order as I did not receive an order confirmation, only a thank you for the order. On November 25, I received an email stating that the dress was not restocked and if I wanted a refund or a replacement. This is seven days after my original order and only after I contacted them. This is not acceptable.
On November 25, I responded to their email asking for a replacement, with all of the replacement details. As of this writing, November 30, I have not received a response regarding my replacement request. The exact scenario has occurred before, yet I keep patronizing this establishment because I really do like their merchandise and receive many compliments on the dresses that I order from them. Please do a better job updating inventory status and communicating with customers in a timely manner.
