1 /5 Maria Elena Pozos: I shop at your store regularly, but during my most recent visit I had a very disappointing experience at the register. I selected the option for cash back, and the cashier responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, telling me I should ask first because the register had “just been pulled” and they barely had change.
I explained that if cash back is not available, the option should be removed at checkout. It is frustrating for customers to be scolded for using a feature the system itself offers. In addition, it is inconvenient that larger bills such as $50s or $100s are not accepted due to lack of change.
I hope this issue can be addressed so that future visits provide the professional and convenient service I have come to expect.
