1 /5 dina rymers: When I entered the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged. The employee working at the time was engaged in conversation with other customers, which I understand can happen. However, when another customer walked in after me, the employee immediately began interacting with them as well, without acknowledging my presence at all.
Throughout my time in the store, I felt that both employees were repeatedly staring at me, which made my shopping experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Because of this, I ultimately chose to leave without making a purchase.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because customer service and creating a welcoming environment are extremely important. I hope this feedback helps ensure that all customers feel acknowledged and comfortable in your store.
