1 /5 Nily Hami: I will never go back to this store. I recently brought two large bags of new and gently used clothes to this store to sell, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the staff noticed a small tag from another resale store on one of two items I had previously taken elsewhere. They asked if I had taken my items to another store before, and when I said yes, they told me that if another store didn’t want them, they wouldn’t take them either. They then went through all my items in less than two minutes, without giving them proper attention, and rejected everything. I found it disrespectful to even ask whether I had taken the items somewhere else before — each store has its own buying policies, and that shouldn’t be used to judge the items. I expected a more professional and fair evaluation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

4 /5 Ken G: Amazing store and customer service! Both Ricky and Celes , the store associates are just Fantastic! Great bargains and much more! Wife has been shopping here for Years!!! Love the store, only issue is NO restroom. So go the restroom before coming to the store! :) I must take off 1 point because of that.

1 /5 ashleen suhaila: I drove here from an hour away. Got here at 5:45 straight from work with some clothes that I had. I get here from the door and the first thing the lady says to me is "were not taking clothes" No greeting no nothing I tell her I just got out of work and I just drove an hour here got into a wreck and everything she says "well you shouldve called before you came, we dont take loads an hour before we close." It wasnt even an hour before they closed. She definitely couldve done it in 15 min now that I’m reading through their racist reviews. I could definitely see it. Don’t go there! very rude service. These young little girls that they hire need an attitude check. Worst customer service!!

1 /5 Estana Stelpstra: If I could give zero stars, I would. I was turned away before I was even able to provide the worker with my items. She did not greet me upon entry into the store and made sure to place emphasis on they’re only taking summer items, when in fact, my items were summer clothing. The worker had a look of disgust on her face and I did not like that. I will not sell anything to a company such as this.

1 /5 Rachel M. Reis: I went to this location this morning to drop off some clothes. I was told that they have a new policy - no more clothes in trash bags. Okay, no problem. Not sure how they expect people to know that. Then I was told that it would be a few hours before they could look at it. It was about two hours later when I got a text, and so I called and I asked how much I was looking at receiving, and the associate said it was "store policy is not to discuss offers over the phone". Something struck me about this - like they have created a perfect situation for people to just abandon their clothes - long wait times to come back. The choice was mine - I decided not to even go back for what was likely not enough money to cover the gas. Id try Uptown Cheapskate before Id go here if youre looking to sell clothes.
