1 /5 Karen Hurt: I walked into Chico’s -Tyler this week with $200 in gift cards in hand. I’ve never been so disappointed in the customer service! No one spoke to me. No one offered any assistance as I had an armful of clothes to try on. No one offered to put my selections in a dressing room or even asked my name. No one asked ‘how did your selections fit’ or ‘can I get you another size’? NOTHING! I should mention I was only the second customer shopping at the time. They raved on & on with other customers as they later arrived, totally ignoring me! That store has changed in the last year I suppose. I’ve previously had excellent customer service! I decided I had endured enough of the attitude of the sales people & that I wasn’t going to receive any assistance in another size so I returned my selections (instead of leaving them in the dressing room) & walked out of the store with my $200 gift cards in hand. Guess I’ll go to another Chico’s or order online. I’ll not return to Chico’sTyler ! Also, I will shop elsewhere in Tyler in the future. We’ve had a retail business & we know how important customer service is — to receive all customers with a smile & call them by name. Nobody left our business without feeling appreciated that they took the time & effort to come by Shame on you Chico’s- Tyler
