When an item from my purchase was left at the store, Amy sought me out at the nearby restaurant where I was having lunch to deliver my missing purchase ! I am so grateful to this amazing Chico’s staff and had a wonderful experience at this store: visit the Chico’s in highland village! Thank you again, ladies !

5 /5 Suren Xavier: Golly. Absolutely fantastic store. It is very clean, professional, friendly, and well styled! Even the clearance racks are very well organized, and color coded! I would most definitely recommend this fantastic shop. Great for gifts for others or yourself. Edgar, Harshini, and the management were absolutely fantastic. I was not expecting the service and experience that rivals Brooks Brothers or Saks 5th Avenue. But my expectations were beyond exceeded. Thank yall!

1 /5 Kara H.: My mother, sister and I went into this Chicos yesterday and the customer service was horrible. While my mom was waiting to purchase a top, sales associates would ignore her walk right past her. We are long time customers of Chicos however we will no long be returning. I hope you will do something with this information, because we care if other people are treated the same as we were. Your store is the only store that we go to that has sales associates act like they are better then the customers are.
