1 /5 Allen Whitley (Allenbear1975): This review is not really for this store alone but for the entire company. Stuff is never the price that the signs on the rack say when you go to check out and they never believe you if you say you got it off that other rack. Do better at singing and recovery and you won’t have that problem. And don’t even bother to order online from this company. Over the years I’ve placed 12 orders online and I received 2 of them. The other 10 were canceled a week or two later because they can’t we’ve find their item. If you don’t already have it you should t put it online to sell at all. I place an online order with Boot Barn it ships by the next day and I have it a few days later. Cavenders pretends to look for a week or so then just cancels it. It’s a waste of time.

5 /5 James Halstad1: I came in a for a pair of boots a few weeks ago. I needed a pair at that moment. The Younger male employee (forgot his name) was super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a lot of different Cavender’s their service was nothing compared to this store. This location blew all the other store out of the water!

1 /5 The Critic: Stopped in for boots. My 2 needed new boots. No help at all after the 3rd attempt to get help we left. The kid is more worried about trying to act cool with the female employee to help.

5 /5 Nessa Gomez: Stopped here before going back to Dallas. The customer service was exceptional everyone was really nice and helpful. Jesse did a wonderful job! Will be coming back soon!
