1 /5 Tricia E: Ive been there couple of times and Ive never been asked if I need help so I walk out. Maybe its the way im dressed. Never judge a book by its cover. Today was the last time I do this because I will never go back again. I will just drive to San Antonio instead.

2 /5 Linda Caballero: Went into Cato Fashion in Pleasanton to get last minute presents. Found some active wear purple top $27.99 Active purple bottom $22.99 Active multi color bottom $24.99 on tickets. Cashier scanned items but didnt pay attention on prices on ticket. I point it out to her on price difference it scanned $27.99 not $24.99. Her reply was that it was marked up. Told her it didnt makes sense but I would like to take it for the ticket price$24.99 and Cato will still make a sell. She couldnt sell to me because the manager was not there at the time. Manager arrived not to long while I was getting a refund back to my account. Again I repeated I still wanted for the ticket price. Manager replied that she had to call the district manager for approval. Did it ever occur to them that it was a mistake in when programming the item into the computer or system wrong price was programmed instead of the ticket price. Look like they sold a couple activewears already in other words they cheated the customer without the customer realizing it. Manager even asked me again if I wanted her to call the district manager to get it for that price. Wish you should have just override it and give me the ticket price. Manager pulled off the activewear from the rack. Both manager in the salesperson had a Catos tag but no name on it. District manager needs to check up on this and have manager to override tickets like situations like this when needed like any other department store. Its not like active wear didnt have a ticket. I did not have time to stay any longer and had a husband waiting on me outside I will be returning the rest of the items after Christmas. After all it is the principal.

5 /5 Carolyn Finley: Love, love, love Cato Fashions! They searched and located a jacket for me at another location. They always offer the best customer service (which is almost extinct in some businesses!) Thank you Cato employees!

4 /5 Ashley Griffith: Customer service is great, and their clothing, jewelry and fragrances are good prices. Store is really small though.

1 /5 Chantilly Lace: Manger doesnt pay attention to patrons right in from of them there what ever they are doing so much more important then a customer wanting to pay... Go figure they take customers forgranted and dont think they will walk out the door.. i will many more places to shop.... happens all the time...
