Burlington - Laredo (TX)

5 /5 Emilio Gonzalez: Burlington is a clearance store like any other, it has a lot of items on sale at a cheap price, its super messy, and they have long lines. Burlington is a great store. Ive seen reviews here talking about how messy and cluttered everything is and they are right. But its what makes it so special. Going on the hunt for that perfect piece of clothing makes it all the more special when you finally find it. Its like playing a game where youre gambling your time for style. Ive grown to really enjoy it. The only complaint would be long lines but thats with every clearance store and its just the nature of these stores. If youre expecting to go in and get out of there quickly then you have very unrealistic expectations for the real world. Customer service is really great at this location there was a really nice guy named Oscar who was my cashier. You made my day Oscar keep doing what you are doing. Overall 10/10

1 /5 Janet Pescador: Burlington today at 2:25 pm on a Sunday (fun day) with a huge line to pay and 2 registers opened smh!!! Oh well I returned items there and had to make a huge line for a return lol!!! All this happened again at Burlington North on Bob Bullock. I was not going to write a second review but the lady standing behind me tells me “this is ridiculous just 2 opened registers for all these people“ . I did speak to Ernesto, store manager, at Burlington and presented myself as me and told him that I had previously written a review on this store and he said “if we could get more hours for employees things would be much better”. I agree!!!

4 /5 Viry Luxan: They have good merchandise, its just the waiting time in line its looong. Come at 8:30 am to get out early. At 11:30 lines start to pack.

5 /5 Mariano Gomez: Good place, sometimes you find a really good deal but you really have to be patient and look for the items that are on clearance, the place it’s pretty clean giving the fact that people make a big mess. The most important factor is that the registers are pretty quick regardless of how long the line is. Overall pretty happy with this place!

1 /5 Shahidul Shamim: I enjoy shopping at Burlington for the most part because of good commodities and cheap prices; however, I did not enjoy my most recent visit. The line to pay stretched across the entire store with only 2 registers open of the 20 they have available. I had to wait in line for over an hour and a half which I found outrageous. And I asked the manager. She said we work like that. We can’t help you if you guys like to wasting time then go there. I had the video you guys can check how long line and they don’t care.
