1 /5 Taylor Pellegrin: This is absolutely wild you’re continuing to allow the same thing happen for over a year. Other reviews confirm that this definitely is the NASTIEST STORE IN RICHMOND. Employees were just putting clothes on the racks without organizing. I’m here at 9:22 am on a Monday and the bathroom looks like this. So very unsanitary. The entire store was an absolute wreck. I mean human piss was on the floor with a towel thrown over it slightly in the kitchen section. Health department needs to visit this place. As employees you gotta self reflect because how can you just walk over or ignore that. Be so fr. How can yall actively stay open? I know I’ll get the generic response you reply to with every review but take accountability.

1 /5 Stan F: Omg the store is horrific. All the bad reviews on here are accurate upon my visit. This store is so messy and extremely unorganized. It baffles my mind that a store, and this condition is able to maintain a 4 star rating. I walked in and the line was about twenty to thirty people deep with only two cashiers. If you work in the area and are on your break or launch, do not bother come in here because you will not be able to check out on time,Its ridiculous.

1 /5 alyssa nguyen: This store is extremely unorganized, and the customer service is awful. I’ve been to a few Burlington and this one is the absolute worst!! There was only one cashier working during a busy time, and the line was ridiculously long. Several employees were just standing around doing nothing. The cashier who helped me was moving so slowly and seemed completely out of it—I honestly suspect they might have been under the influence of something. On top of that, I found a tick on one of the clothing items. Please be careful and inspect anything you buy here. I won’t be coming back.

During a busy time, there was only one cashier working, and the line was incredibly long. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around without assisting customers. The cashier who helped me moved very slowly and appeared completely disengaged—I honestly questioned whether they were fit to be working.i waited on Th line to check out 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I even found a tick on one of the clothing items. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
