Boot Barn - Kerrville (TX)

1 /5 Scottsdale Private Event Venues: Im so shocked and so disappointed! I came here as i just moved here from Arizona where they know my name or at least say hi when i enter the store or offer help. I went to the Kerrville store and it was awful possibly a step above Walmart. I buy new boots almost every other month. No decor no pretty clothes and boots not displayed at all. 4 people at register no one in store not one came to help me or even say hi. I was incredibly stunned went to the other stores close by spent major $$$$ so sad to see this from a store that bought at for ever!

1 /5 RITA LEMEILLEUR: Made a return with a nice young man named Dylan who had to wait for the manager to put in a code. When the manager went to put the code in she made a disparaging comment to Dylan about making sure he did it “ right this time” in front of others. She was unfriendly and unprofessional! I won’t be returning! Dylan you did a great job!

1 /5 Christina: Very disappointing service, Store Manager not friendly at all. I didn’t get her name but she had grey hair and a tag that said Store Manager. First and last time I’ll be going to this boot barn location.

1 /5 tony naka: went in and bought some boots got helped from a nice girl and went and looked at the receipt and had someone elses name on the sale of it will just be going back to the San Antonio store
