1 /5 Kyle Foreman: If I could give zero stars I would. Bought boots from Marshall,Tx location 3 months ago. I work in a construction type environment and my soles of the boots are completely falling off, COMPLETELY inexcusable for $200 boots. Customer service steadily blames me for the deterioration of the boot and won’t refund my money or give me an exchange. Don’t shop with this company if you are blue collar and work outdoors. Worse experience ever!

1 /5 Sana Momo: I got two pairs boots here, I noticed one of them from the bottom was already dirty I didn’t think much of it, but when I tried to return that one they didn’t accept it cause I “wore them” but I never did i told them but they didn’t care, they obviously don’t care about the boots condition and only care about the money.
