1 /5 Sofia Bella: Awful and rude customer service. I was gifted an item from this store and was refused an exchange for a different color. Instead, the employee suggested that I sell it myself or gift it to someone else. Such poor manners for an establishment that wants to be considered upscale. This appears to be a recurring issue, so I suggest purchasing directly from Neiman Marcus or Saks, where the same items are cheaper!

1 /5 Zero 77: A $600 crystal angel wings sculpture was purchased here as a Christmas gift. When it was unwrapped, both wing tips were clearly broken and glued back together prior to sale. This damage was never disclosed. The item was taken directly from a display and wrapped by staff, leaving no opportunity to inspect it beforehand. When we returned to the store, a refund was refused and after further dispute we were told store credit was the only option. Selling repaired merchandise without disclosure and then hiding behind a “no refunds” policy is unacceptable. For a store that presents itself as upscale, this was a shocking lack of integrity. Buyer beware.
