1 /5 Marina Rodriguez: I was not asked for my phone number and I forgot. I was told, sorry maam you can not get your rewards. I know difference. They could have canceled my order and start the process over. But thats okay. Its Christmas.

4 /5 Ashlea “Ashlea Elizabeth” Houchin-Livesay: They usually have a pretty good variety of stuff to choose from and their inventory changes frequently which is nice. You never know what gen youll find. Kinda difficult to find school appropriate clothing though as most of the shirts are very tops and most of the pants have holes.

1 /5 D B: Dont waste your time in this store. Tried giving a pair of defective jeans, that cut my finger in the dressing room, to a worker and she actually said "if you want to purchase them like that you can if not give them to the cashier". Looks like Burkes Outlet expects customers to do the employees jobs also. BTW there was no cashere at the counter twenty steps away from the dressing room either. Recommend Burkes get an actual manager that is present in the store when its open and give all employees some customer service training. Not selling defective items would also be a great business practice
