5 /5 Bee: I absolutely love this store! The employee, Beverly, did an amazing job helping me out! I got everything I wanted and even signed up for a credit card! Way to go!

1 /5 Ken Le: So I arrive today around 12 pm and the store opens at 10 why am I told oh we not open yet till 30 minutes.. Not my problem you all have packages from FedEx being delivered.. 10 am is open time way past time shouldve been open and ready

1 /5 Jayme S: First, I want to say, the two men working there when I visited were exceptional!! They went above and beyond to help us out. The woman working there was a HUGE Witch! We wanted a pair of jeans on the wall and our guy who was helping us was helpful and got them. Then this lady came out and very loudly said he couldn’t sell the ones on the wall and they shouldn’t have gotten them down for us. (Basically she chewed him out in front of everyone.) Spent over $200 in there. Not sure I will EVER be back. Didn’t get her name, but she was wearing glasses.

1 /5 Brittany Roseberry: I shop st American Eagle online very frequently! And I also have returns often. I’ve never been into an American Eagle where I am not greeted when walking into or around the store!! EVERYTIME I go into this American Eagle I am never greeted, told what any sales are, and even after walking around the store browsing, I’m still never acknowledged!!! Horrible customer service!
