1 /5 Damaris Cornejo: Very rude personnel, we first went and we asked a girl if they had a specific size of jeans, and she said she was going to go check in the back. I saw her and she just walked back there and came back out laughing and said there was none. Another girl comes and asks us if we need help and i said “yes , i am looking for this size in these jeans” she was very nice, she quickly looked at the doors they have next to the jeans and found the size they had already told me they did not have. We leave and come back to look for men jeans now, they ask if we need help and said yes, we are looking for this size of jeans and they did the same thing again, they went to check the back and say nothing was there. So since we knew they had jeans by the doors next to the jeans already we decided to check and they did have the jeans we were looking for, but before we were able to get them a guy worker came and screamed at us to shut the door, he did not offer to help at all even though they had the jeans we needed there. He just went back to stand and talk with other workers at the register. I was not able to get his name but he had a bunch of face piercings, black hair and was mid height. We decided to go to another store where they actually helped us, unlike the workers there at aeropostal.

1 /5 Roy Mcbride: My daughter got a pair of pants that didnt fit. We went to return them and waited about 15 minutes in line, got to the register then the guy said Ill be right back. He came back and started working on another computer, didnt even look at us and then helped someone right behind us. We will be going to another Aeropostale to get or return anything In the future. The return took about 30 minutes total.

1 /5 Malik Gilani: They dont honor discount that are posted in stores. Plus attitude are like they are doing favors on customers.

1 /5 Dani Olivares: I went to buy polos for my child and was happy that I found everything that I needed. When it came time to pay, I didn’t realize that I was charged for 5 items instead of 4 because of the great discounts. Well I called and I overheard the employees talk about how they were “too busy” to help me and then hung up on me. I called about 3 more times and they just denied my call. At the end I was able to get help but she just informed me that I would have to go back in the store. I’m not driving an hour just for 12 bucks… I suggest that the staff is better trained to deal with customers instead of hanging up on them and ignoring them.
