5 /5 Milca Villegas: It is so refreshing to frequent this place and to always find it so nice and neat—it makes shopping so much more enjoyable! The staff is always so helpful and kind too.

5 /5 Amaury Garcia: Being that Irving is a low income area, the only negative thing about this store during my visits are the uneducated, rude demanding customers. Once, I was in line and the person in front of me got mad and started talking bad about the cashier because she left to the back room for a minute or so to check inventory on a shirt for the customer she was checking out at that time. When the rude customer got to the cashier, she was rude to the employee/cashier for simply doing her job. This is the type of customer that the employees in Irving have to deal with. However, the employees are always upbeat and have a smile on their face in my experience. Also, Aeropostale has really improved their clothing over the last couple years. In the past, I use to not like Aeropostale because of their huge obnoxious logos on every piece of clothing. They seem to have learned from their mistakes and are now making clothing that is much more in line with current trends like cool prints, trendy shorts and shirts without overly dramatic logos. Now Aeropostale is my go to place for shorts and plain Ts/print Ts.

5 /5 Melissa Chavez: I found some good buys and sales here right before I went on a vacation last month. I wasn’t greeted right away at the door but the one bright shining star was the assistant manager Connie. She was helping others with fitting rooms, checking people out, and organizing the front all while helping me during my visit!

5 /5 - Castillo: Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Lizzy. She helped me pick out some good jeans. She is very hard working unlike her co workers. If you walk in regularly you will notice she is the only one that actually works. She is always making sure the store is ready and presentable for the next customer that walks in. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need while her co workers are doing nothing. She is very very helpful to say the least. I would recommend this store when lizzy is there.

1 /5 Alondra Kobayashi: I had to wait to come on here to write this review, as I needed to find the right words. On July 23, 2022 we came in to get some school shopping done and our daughter left her shoe bag unattended for the most 5 minutes. We were literally the only people in the store. Within those 5 minutes of course the bag was gone and I went to the counter and asked if they had grabbed the bag or if anyone had turned it in. The employee immediately said no, she did not even ask her coworkers or even look around behind the counter. The he young lady immediately said no. You can see another employee from a distance away paying close attention trying to listen to our conversation and it just seemed sketchy. My husband asked for the general manager to please look at her cameras, as I previously mentioned, we were the only ones in the store. In the meantime that the general manger, Connie Sol, was looking at the camera footage, I went to go look for a security to possibly assist. Of course I then received a call from my husband stating that the shoes were found. I walked back to the store and he stated that our daughter, being a kid, leaned over the counter and saw the bag of shoes behind the counter. My husband then tells the employee " That is my bag: and the employee said "are you sure" Once the bag was handed to us, we confirmed it was our bag. The fact that you dont feel safe inside a store with situations like this should definitely say something. We spent approximately $300 and I can say that I am just genuinely upset on how this whole situation went down. I believe the employee took the bag and was stealing from us, the customer. Such a terrible experience.
