J Cal: Most of them were very nice. The owners were great. But they couldn’t get my color right. I went back three times and had to take a FULL day off work so I could spend the full day there. I’d been doing my hair for years. Never had a problem. They had to bleach three times! and I have dirty blond to begin with. I have horrible breakage and never got good color. I asked three times before my first appointment. “ you really thing you can get this color” oh yes!!! $190 it cost, and a full days pay. Another $90. Color lasted one week - and it’s a month later- the breakage is BAD. I WAS NOT GOING to give a negative review. Ship happens. But man the breakage is the final straw. People need to know. Ok for cutting. Not for color.

A: Scheduled a blow out drove 20 miles to be told i did a no show 2024 july and need to pay 209$ to get my service . Never received the text also ive been in there in sept 2024 blow out service never asked about $200 . I dont even remember scheduling a service and not showing up ! Ive never done that ever at a business . If by error its been a year and thats crazy to deny Buisness . I used to love going there had such a great experience. Very sad they conduct Buisness this way
