2 /5 Gavin C.: I will give two stars since their paint work was excellent; but thats the only positive feedback I have for them. I brought our Kia to their facility in June 2024 following a severe hail storm that caused damage to the vehicle. It was there until November 2024. After we got it back, I found that they failed to fix the damage to the roof and left a huge scrape on it unrepaired. When I asked about this, the person I spoke to said "that wasnt part of the deal".
When we got the car back, I also found that whoever worked on it was very rough and careless with it. The bolt that connects the wiper blades was left so loose that the wipers did not work and had to be tightened. In fact, it was trying to "wipe" the whole time driving home, so I dont see how they missed this. Also, I later found that the wires to both horns had been ripped out of the sockets, one of the fog lights wires were ripped apart, and there were multiple scrapes on the plastic dash that were not caused by the storm. I also found that the license plate lighting had been disconnected (!). I could have been stopped by the police for that. Plus, since no repair work was done to the bumper (they left it in damaged condition), I dont see why anyone was tampering with the wiring on the rear of the car. Given the position of the connector for the license plate lighting, that could not possibly have been accidental.
On our final bill, I found that we were charged for $300 for "towing", even though I never requested our car to be towed by them.
I have reported this to my insurance company to see what can be done about this, since Wights refused to help us after the "repairs" were done. I am very disappointed. This is what I get for trying to support a local business.
