5 /5 Neal Sanford: My experience was great. I was probably there just over 24 hours and the Doctors were all very informative and made me feel I was in good hands. Most of my experience was with the nurses in IC. Mattie, Jasmine and Lydia were the 3 and they were all amazing. Im going back in a few weeks for another procedure and am very comfortable with everyone.

I don’t know how they get hospital food to taste so good but every meal was great, The lady April was so nice and friendly and made sure I was happy the whole time. Brandon was always happy and so helpful. If I ever go to a hospital again we would definitely choose Woodland Heights .

5 /5 mario garcia: My wife was hospitalized for almost a week and the food service was great. Not only did they give me a meal so I could eat with my wife but they made sure she got everything she wanted and my wife is a picky eater. The manager April came by several times to make sure everything was good with the food and to check on us. We really enjoyed her and her staff they made our stay better. Thank you good staff for everything you did for us we really appreciate all of you .

4 /5 Michea Ford: I had a good experience with the doctors and the nurses and felt like I was in good care. The only complaint I really have is that my bed was very uncomfortable about the second day and hard to sleep and get comfortable and also in my room 329 the blinds wouldnt shut so I had early morning Sun come in and it was hard to sleep during the day. Food was good nice and warm when it got to me no complaints there. But overall stay I would say was pretty good.

4 /5 Hunter Sarver: The poor front desk lady was by herself and probably would have liked helped. However she was in general amazing and efficient! The Radiology department was nice but a little slow with getting patients to the back. However the quality of care was good!

If youre expecting a treatment plan or even a call back dont waste your time. I have been trying to get a Rx called in since November, I gave up they arent looking to help people. Riley Banning: My sister is sick, we waited in the waiting room for a good 20 minutes until they finally called us to a room. They simply checked her nose, throat, and ears and said they needed to do swabs on her. They sent us back to the waiting room, and we’ve been waiting here for a good 30 minutes. With barely any patients in the waiting room, this really should not take this long. Does it really take this long for swabs? do better.

Larry Hamlett: Absolutely horrible place to take someone you care about. My mom had breast cancer and they did a mastectomy and removed some of her lymph nodes. But they didnt get all of them. She had to have another surgery to remove the lymph nodes they didnt get on the first try. A pet scan would have been a good place to start before doing the first surgery to make sure you dont just cut on someone blindly. Then after the second surgery I took her to the office to get her drains removed, we were late by 37 minutes because I had to remove a downed tree limb across our county road. The receptionist was absolutely rude and said that we would have to reschedule at a later date. No!!! She has drains that have to be removed!! So I came back home and removed them myself. Completely unacceptable behavior for some giving patient care after a botched surgery that they caused. I do believe we will be speaking to an attorney.

SHERRY KARSTENS: We were there early this morning. Sarah was my husband’s nurse. Very friendly and professional. Dr Dells was his physician, also very friendly and professional. We were in and out pretty quickly. I’m so grateful for this ER in our area. We’ve both been there a few times and we have no complaints.
