She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the treatment. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and noticeably smoother afterward. The spa itself was beautiful—clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the quiet room, clean changing rooms, snacks like trail mix and chocolates along with some tea, bubbly and lemon water. Relaxing services, great staff. Definitely worth the splurge to take care of YOU!! Thank you!

5 /5 Abby Timmerman: Such an amazing place! The atmosphere is so friendly and calming. Drinks and snacks were provided in a quiet room before and after the massage. The facilities are stunning and very clean. Felt very luxurious and so worth the price. I had a massage with Thaddeus, and he was great and very professional. He offered several options for pressure and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going well and updated me on each step of the massage. Would love to come back again!

Everyone is so friendly and the spa is exactly what I needed, such a relaxing and beautiful environment:) I will say, I had a facial….and it really was the best I’ve ever had. My esthetician, Kami, really took her time to make sure I was comfortable, and well taken care of:). My experience here was excellent from the beginning to the end! The relaxation room and champagne was the cherry on top:)

2 /5 Shelly Grimes: My facialist was Kami. I told her I wasnt going to buy any of the products she used on me or suggested. She did a great job. I told her so, I gave her an ample tip. My problem with this place is they try to up sell you with other products when you check out. Products that were never used on me during my scheduled facial. I had to tell Kami during my session, no, Im not interested. But still, the gal that checked me out showed me strawberry lip balm kit, lip pad thingies when I did not get/use any of these things during my demaplanefacial. I think Kami had to offer those things as a new gal there. I want to ask you to stop pressuring your clients to add on when we get services at your facility. I told Kami nope no need, I was pretty emphatic, yet when I checked out, there were all the things my check out gal said Kami recommended. Really. Please dont pressure your new people (Kami) and your new clients (me) to sell/buy more any thing! A $200 facial is more than I have at the end of the month. I told her I was not interested in buying product. Please be the premium place you advertise to be! Call me to discuss. You have my number.
