The pastors of this church teach on spiritual growth . Pastor Jesse and his wife are a model couple. We are blessed to have them in our lives.

5 /5 Henry Navarez: Life-changing, didn’t know my purpose in life until 1996 Pastor Jesse, Perez, and his family Took me into their home and helped me by introducing me to Jesus Christ, I got stabbed in the lung liver, kidney and artery, and felt useless that I will never amount to anything and now, I disciple others, and teach them what I was taught by my pastors and his family to destroy hopelessness in the gang member, the drug attic the alcoholic, and those with no direction or hope in their lives I thank God that they valued me and took an interest in me because now the hell that I was living in Jesus rescued my life Thank you, Pastor Jesse and Sister Val, Perez, for loving me I never giving up on me and others

5 /5 Irma Gutierrez: I have been a member of Victory Outreach Dallas for 15 years in March. I love my church. Pastor Jesse, Sis Valerie and their family have become family to us. We have had the opportunity to get to know them personally. Pastor & Sis Valerie have helped us in our marriage, with our children and in our individual growth in our Christian Walk. God has blessed us tremendously with being a part of such an anointed Ministry. We have seen people transformed from their old lives that they were tired of living to living a blessed life in Jesus. We have experienced nothing but Love and have seen our Pastors and their family love people over and over again, even after they have been talked bad about.
