The Salon at Optimal Wellness - Harlingen Carrie Kane: Janet did my hair on New Years Eve she did a Brazilian blowout and a facial. It was absolutely amazing and so far I dont have frizzy hair she was able to cut minimum off and no looks no longer looks like a horses tail this woman was meant to do what she does she is absolutely amazing with hair in the facial was above and beyond and then she tells you exactly how to maintain the things that she did. Exactly how to care for my hair and my face without having to buy thousands of dollars in products. I highly highly recommend that you speak with Janet before you do anything drastic with your hair as well as your skin your face and hair are the most important parts of your first impression to others. I promise you will be extremely satisfied if not more

Just-a-Cut - Harlingen Katia Torres: Took my 1 year old son for the first time. I’ve always heard good things about this place but unfortunately did not experience that. An elderly man took less than 5 minutes to cut my sons hair. His hair has patches all over his head, uneven all around. When asked to fix it he claimed he was done and there was nothing more to do. Very horrible service!! We are very upset and disappointed with just a cut on ed Carey Harlingen. My son has pictures coming up and unfortunately we will have to deal with this.
Sad to say this will be the first and last time we will be attending this place.
