5 /5 Lars Rana: URBAN OPULENCE delivers great service and results! Knowledgeable professionals here give value driven service in an “URBAN” environment sans pretentious frills. I don’t often give five stars, but this place is in its own category. I love the 90’s hip hop music that evokes great memories as I waited for my hair to set. The art-centric atmosphere reflects the style and attitude of the amazing artists who work here.

1 /5 Andrea Duis: Had an appointment. Owner didn’t show up for it. Her nailtech tried to contact her. No answer. I tried to contact her no response. I understand she has no other hair stylists working in her salon right now. Wonder why? When I had my first appointment,last year I was very happy with the service but now her salon looks like it hasn’t been cleaned forever I texted her no response. And like a child she blocked me. I wish her good luck with her business, because customers don’t need her but she needs customers.

1 /5 Scarlett Anahi: I went to get my hair colored and the girl who did my hair was SO unprofessional. She was rude. Cussing, and I felt so uncomfortable around her. She burned my scalp and washed my hair with super cold water for no reason. I wanted to cry being there Edit: I really did not know what to say. It’s ugly and I literally have burns on my scalp. It’s the worst hair I’ve ever gotten. LAST EDIT: the stylist was RUDE as hell. My hair is UGLY. Extremely SHORT. My scalp has BURNS. Color is SO uneven. I need to get it fixed.

5 /5 Alexis Ramos: i needed a last minute appointment and was nervous to go somewhere i’ve never been before but once i got there, my anxiety was completely gone. Adrianna is the BEST HAIRSTYLIST i have ever had. she has so much KNOWLEDGE about hair and was able to answer all of my questions. i appreciate her HONESTY when doing my hair in order to ensure healthy hair. there are not enough words to describe how great she is! she made me feel COMFORTABLE and talked to me like a close friend. this salon is great and has a welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere. here is my hair before and after
