1 /5 Brittany Smithson: Terrible experience with an obviously unhappy employee. As I was looking at the rack behind the counter waiting for my turn, I hear someone unpleasantly say “Are you ready?” As I’m smelling a Candle… I turn around and nicely place my things unknowingly on the wrong side of the cash register, The employee by the name of Brooke for fully placed my items to the left as she scanned them, then proceeds to ask me for my phone number for the rewards. I then tell her and she confirms my name then proceeds to ask if I want the Ulta cc, politely tell her no thanks. She tells me my total, I say okay then have to ask if I have any rewards available. Again visibly upset and annoyed she huffs and puffs and cancels the transaction to tell me I have $17.50 in rewards available. I let all that go and still being nice. She then asks for my id I pull it out and it’s upside down, she then is RUDE and has a major attitude that she can’t read it, I then proceed to ask her if she’s having a bad day because she’s obviously upset about something . She called a manager over but didn’t bring up why she needed her as I stood there waiting on my bag to be handed to me, which never happened and I had to reach and get it myself with no nice remarks. Terrible experience hope you don’t catch this cashier on her bad day because you won’t be treated like a paying customer!!!!
