1 /5 jennifer S: Every Ulta I’ve been to there has always been a snobby judgmental person working there. These people need to remember that this isn’t high school anymore. Ulta needs to do better when hiring people. We are all going to these stores for the same thing which is beauty products. Obviously they’re working there because they love makeup as much as the person who walks in. So why do they have to act so immature?? It’s so uncomfortable and this is the reason why I shop online.

1 /5 Luz Ayala: Horrible customer service! They gaslight their customers into thinking they are crazy and all that to not honor a price. That behavior is unacceptable and they should be terminated. Customers want to come here and have a blissful experience not to be judged by their employees.

An employee humiliated this customer after agreeing to price adjust after a mistake they committed, but then proceeded to put a sticker on the existing price behind her and gaslight her out loud in front of other guests. Horrible service. Hope the mean girl attitude was worth the low reviews

1 /5 #foreverwithT-ara ot6: The customer service here is terrible! All they do is give you attitude and judge you, by the way you dress. If you hate your job so much then why bother working if you’re not going to treat others with respect. All I did was be nice, but i get sass for asking for help. Do better!
