5 /5 Benjamin Welch: I am very grateful to be a part of this church. Its not easy to find a church that stands solidly on Scripture and is willing to act on Gods Word. The First Light service, which is kind of like Sunday School for families, is a great time of singing, fellowship and learning in a more relaxed setting but its no less focused on the truth. The emphasis on prayer is always encouraging as we are reminded to pray for our nation and for those that are hurting around us. We sing from a hymnal most of the time but some of the favorite hymns that we sing include "In Christ Alone" and "Give Him Glory". We have plenty of small children join us during the worship services but if you need to care for them, there is a great room off of the Sanctuary with the audio and video piped in so that you can continue to participate in the service.
