5 /5 Kelly Hardy: My review is in response to a review for Daisy for a young lady that was not pleased with the wax she received on her eyebrows. I was Daisys nail customer at the time as she excused herself to take care of this young lady during my session. Which is perfectly fine. Daisy was extremely professional in the way she handled this young ladys reaction in the salon. I will not go into the details that Daisy shared with me and what I witnessed but obviously the communication about the details of what she wanted was not clear. Everyone in the tri-city area KNOWS how good Daisy is at what she does. Her bookings show it. This incident was very embarrassing not only for Daisy but the young lady and the way she handled herself. Daisy is AWESOME!

Jess: After coming here three times, I ultimately decided I did not like this place & I wont be back. Two out of three times I had the same man do my pedicure. He acted like he did not want to be there.. kind of just pushed & shoved my feet/legs around. Not to mention the attitude he had when I informed him of the sloppy polish job he did. The most recent time I went, he tore my feet up with the exfoliation bar! After I said "ouch" & jumped, he went right back at it. Now I have a painful sore on each foot. THIS is how people get infections & end up taking things home from the salon. The two younger nail techs that do acrylics always seemed nice, but unfortunately I wont be back.

They are very experienced and do an amazing job everytime. They always do my nails exactly how I want them and are great artists.

Brook Falwell: I went in to get my nails done I show them a picture of what I want and they tell me they can do it so the dude starts shaping my nails and they are the wrong shape I tell him he says he will fix them then tells me the lady will do them instead so I start shaping the nails myself and got them to the shape I wanted then the lady sat down and started shaping back to how I did not want them so I told her the were wrong and she told me she would fix them in the end I get the nails done after her telling me she don’t understand how to do the picture I explain it to them 8 times and she said okay then did it wrong I got up and was like whatever was so mad I paid and then said never mind I want them off and what my money back and she said okay then took them off and only gave me $20 back when I paid $50 and she told me they are charging $30 to take them off I told them I want all my money back and they then started yelling at me and telling me no then gave me more money back and took 15 I asked for the 15 back and they refused and then he told me she can’t speak English and I have been talking to her the who time then she started speaking in their language acting like she could not speak English I will never be there again! Then as I’m walking out she started taking pictures of me and my friend and our vehicle

Scarlet Fake: My tech cut my acrylic nails coffin style when I told her square tips. Then I wanted chellac and she did powder to correct her mistake. Then while buffing my nails she made my nail on left hand bleed. I wanted to just leave. She left stuff under my nails. She got mad when I said stuff is under my nails. Wont go back there ever.

She looked at me incredulously and told me her customers" know how to look up at the signs." This is the second horrible experience I have had here, just trying to get my bearings and groceries. She needs to be fired, and half the town of Fort Davis schooled on basic manners.

I saw this place on Google, and trusted the reviews. And Im glad I did. This is probably the best nail salon in Beaumont. Ryan did my pedicure and he was absolutely amazing. I hadnt had a pedicure in almost a year and he did great on the massages and towel wrapping. He also made sure I was comfortable the whole time and did everything in the correct order. And Vivian did my fill and got the nail shape perfect and made sure my cuticles were perfect. She even offered me a cute design idea which Ive never done before and it turned out so adorable. They both were good about not skipping steps and made the experience very relaxing for me. I would definitely recommend them and this place. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm. And everyone was nice too.
