2 /5 Bruce Spruill: My son went to get oil changed before they closed. Two other cars waiting. As he sat there someone came out and placed a cone in front of the vehicle he was in and walked away without saying a word. He had to walk in and ask if that indicated that he couldnt get his oil changed. He was told it did. Guess the new owner doesnt need the business.

5 /5 Maria Bustamante Trammell: The change oil light came on and my Father-in-law said lets go change it even though my husband had changed it two or three weeks ago and we hadnt drove it since. Went there, and he looks at it and says but yall just changed it, ah! Ill bet it wasnt reset! so he showed me how to reset it and sent us on our way instead of going ahead and changing the oil that didnt need to be changed and charging my FIL for something that didnt need to be done. And thats why I love going to Tom and Ollies!!! Absolutely awesome people!!
