c S: Did not know that so much went on here... i have watched so many pokemon go searchers... when the downtown projects are completed... I am sure it will give me a new place to add to my drives
Summer Adcock: Small quiety and friendly. Good for small aged children that dont know how to fully regulate their emotions and accepting non judgemental parents who understand.
Vincent Vittorio: Great running trail that I’ve been able to visit several times in the early spring. The colors of the flowers lining the trail along with the different terrain in different areas make for a really beautiful hike or run. Good parking area and well maintained make it a five star spot for sure!
Mark Brush: Beautiful locomotive. Quick Google search revealed a bit of a tug-of-war between the City of Amarillo and the Amarillo Railroad Museum. Locomotive should definitely be at the museum, regardless of intentions.
Surrounded by chain link. Looks intact, but corrosion is taking a toll. Still has the asbestos lagging, so can only imagine how the boiler looks.
Would be amazing to see Amarillo do what Albuquerque did with 2926.
Roberta Peek: Love finding these city name murals along my travels. This one is pretty huge. Nice that there is just grass in front so nothing blocks it so you can get a good pic.
Michael Miller: For the low price they ask, youll get a nice experience. Wonderful docents excited to show what they have on display. Of particular interest was a display of letters from around the world that told parts of the story of WWII. Very well done. They also have a fairly rare 49-star flag that only flew at government facilities for one year.
Toni Guerrero: Wow! What an incredible collection of cars, lovingly restored and maintained and all in excellent condition. We spent 90 minutes here and, if we lived in the area, wed probably visit again! My fave? The Pontiac 2+2
