You might as well keep driving to Walmart to get your haircut there because that’s the quality of cut you will get from Pagan. I was very disappointed with the way my hair turned out. When she was working on my frame her next client came in and she stopped cutting my hair to greet them. Acknowledging a client is one thing, but you don’t leave someone mid haircut to go say hello to someone, it’s rude and unprofessional. My frame came out lopsided because she rushed my cut and left my hair wet, making it unclear how it came out. Then, I left a review on her Facebook page, Hair by Pagan, and her father attacked me on social media! Saying I have coronavirus, accused me of “stalking” the salon, and then he went and stalked my personal Facebook page taking screenshots of my personal posts..it was very disturbing and unprofessional..
So, if you get your haircut by Pagan be sure not to leave a negative or honest review because her father and her husband will go out of their way to make you feel like you’re wrong to be upset about your haircut!
