5 /5 Jaclyn Heupel: I am new to Fort Worth and was looking for someone that could finally give me a layered razor cut on my thick and wavy unruly hair. I landed on Cole and I could tell he wouldn’t be afraid to dive into my wild hair. I didn’t expect to leave with the best haircut of my entire life. He took his time to understand what kind of hair I have and what I wanted and nailed it. It is so refreshing to have someone excited and passionate about transformations, because that’s what my cut feels like. Then I decided I wanted to go back blonde and chose to visit Cole a second time and I don’t have the words to describe how amazing my hair looks and feels. He is raw talent. I’m 34 and never been more obsessed with my hair and how it makes me feel. I wouldn’t be surprised if his career absolutely takes off and people know his name. For reference, the curly photo is my hair in its most natural state before I went to Stargazer. We did a super layered cut and all over toner. My second visit I left with this GORGEOUS lived in blonde. I will be back time and time again and feel so incredibly lucky to have found him.

1 /5 Tammy Raffkind: Very overpriced. Lack of transparency with prices. Was charged $200 more than I was quoted for color and it was ashy and didnt cover my gray at all. Wont be going back. Response- I absolutely let the stylist know I wasn’t happy with the color or the grey blending. There was no blending, the grey on the temples was left untouched. The pricing is not transparent if I went in expecting to spend $300 and was charged over $600 for toner and glaze I definitely was not expecting or agreed to.

5 /5 Janet Ball: Mercy does an excellent job. She asks what services you want and always accomplishes your wants perfectly. Her coloring is spot on. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time I go.
