5 /5 Zach Limb: Took my car in for a second opinion, and glad I did. Phil and his wife (didnt get her name) immediately stopped with what they were doing to check my car. They found that another shops expensive and urgent diagnostic was bogus. They quickly found the problem, fixed it in 10 minutes, and showed me exactly what the problem was. Even offered to show me what an actual loose ball-joint looks like. Fantastic and ethical repair shop. Will be taking my business here from now on. Saved me hundreds.
