1 /5 Jessica Craddock: You need to hire people with empathy and customer skills. I just called about rent help for the 3rd time and help for item for apartment. Every time they dont have funds for me but they gave them to people whom are been evicted. They asked the reason why I need help but its not what you say its how you say it . I never said needed help Im trying to see just in case I need it .

1 /5 Christopher Leggett: Extremely racist and bias towards an educated black person entering the establishment. I was told that I couldnt read, I was told that I had a lack of comprehension skills, I was made to wait 30 minutes while the service tenant had a full non work related conversation and texted on his cell phone and when I finally turned my intake paperwork I was denied and told I had an attitude because I refused to accept being insulted. First impression is everything and for this to be my first day in Sherman Texas I sure dont feel welcomed at all. But dont worry the mayors office was notified, I ran for mayor in Georgia I know exactly how "the system" works.

5 /5 Jonnie Dodge: I am biased towards the Salvation Army, but this location is special. They have a mens shelter that really focuses on getting people back on their feet. I understand that they will eventually ope a womens side, as well. The new Lieutenants here really have great hearts! If every Salvation Army provided all the services this location does, there would be no need for many of the other non-profits in their areas.

2 /5 Amber Garland: Was a bit rude when I asked about the Christmas angel tree program. I really needed help and to have someone make me feel like she did last week. I say please hire good hearted people for these types of placed. It is embarrassing enough that Im struggling as a single mom. I didnt need her to make me feel more low. I got no help for Christmas and was met with rudeness.
