Highly recommend setting an appointment with her, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful, very clean instruments, and excellent service! Olivia gave me a perfect pamper session, will be coming back! Also loved how much she explained what she was doing to my face, and the suggestions to improve my daily regimen. ❤️

I kicked myself every single day that I did not start sooner. I see her every 6 weeks without fail. And my skin looks so much better and feel so much better. On top of every time I leave there Im so relaxed and feel refreshed. Highly recommend the Refinery!!

The Spa provides hair grooming, facial treatments, massages and so much more. She takes very good care of my entire family. I have 2 teenagers. A son and a daughter. They both love her! Nicole takes care of their teenage skin needs. My husband raves about her massages and I have never had better hair in my life! What makes Nicole and her staff so special is that they are all very family oriented and they genuinely care about their clients. The spa is comfortable and charming and the service is absolutely the best. I leave all of my family’s beauty and relaxation needs in the hands of Nicole and her fabulous staff because they have proven over and over again that they will not settle for anything less than the very best for their clients. I highly encourage everyone to experience the Refinery Spa for themselves. Your hair, body, face and mind will thank you!

I left with incredible eye lashes and a great hair cut -the best of my adult life. Bangs. Lob. Awesome. But also, feeling loved and seen. With improved self-confidence. I will travel far and wide to continue to have Nicole cut my hair. Shes truly one of a kind.
