1 /5 Joneisha Vallair: Today, I visited The Nail Spot and left feeling very disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for years and having always enjoyed pleasant experiences, today was different. The manicurist did my nails sloppily, despite my attempts to express my dissatisfaction. Even when another staff member intervened, the quality didnt improve. The owner, while aware of my displeasure, continued attending to other customers. Feeling frustrated and unwilling to cause a scene, I decided to leave without getting my toes done. Only then did the owner acknowledge the issue and agree that my nails needed fixing, although she wasnt available to do so immediately. While I wish the business success, I wont be returning as a customer due to feeling undervalued.
