Chelsea M: I have been in 3 times in the last 4 days to get various things fixed...and as much as I hate to impact someones business by leaving a negative review, I wish Id had a heads-up as a potential customer when choosing this place. The first image is a couple days after I got a fill and a color change that wasnt dried properly and was filed after the final top coat, the second is 20 minutes after going in to get it fixed. Very friendly and quick staff, but unfortunately the quality suffers for it.

Estefania Herrera: Never coming here again, I had a manicure done a week ago that wasn’t cheap might I add, with powder and the same nail had to be fixed twice. The gentlemen was extremely rude, did all the nails quickly as if there was a long line ahead of me but no one was at the salon at the time. Every single nail looks mediocre at best and now another nail came off completely, as I was running my hands through my hair. The first time I went in to get the nail fixed he kept scolding me as to how this happened and how could I be so careless, when the careless one was him. I almost never get my nails done and I was so excited to take this time for myself and he has made this whole experience horrible.

My toes and nails look amazing. I believe Brenda did my nails, she did a great job making sure my nails were even, polished well, and that I was happy with the service before I left. I would definitely recommend going as it is so convenient for those who live on base but also the services provided are done well!

Unfortunately i was not able to get a name but the young man treated me horrible push me around with my hands ask to stop and wouldn’t stop. I ask coworkers to fix the shape of nail but denied due to him finish the work. Well I was willling to file them down to loose the almond shape i had ask, what I ended up getting is getting kicked out with horrible nails and unfinished. Cops were call. Complaint to board in place. Don’t waist your time or money.

Cyndis Faves: They need to change their name. It definitely was not a Spa experience =( Nails came out ok but nail tech was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed to have a customer. I guess I didnt upgrade so she was annoyed I was only refilling and paying $55. They dont have many glitter options and its pretty messy. They were also talking about me as I left and thought I didnt understand what they were saying but I have been learning Mandarin for my job. I decided to give them two stars only because they took me in when I was only inquiring about pricing and my nails came out okay. I definitely will not return because of the lack of professionalism. Its not a very cheerful environment or welcoming. I rather drive 30 minutes to my old neighborhood which is unfortunate because I was looking for a new nail place closer to my new home. Wish I would have read the other reviews before going in.
