From the moment she started, I could tell she had an incredible skill set and a special touch. She knows exactly what she’s doing and has an undeniable edge in her craft. I got highlights, and she absolutely nailed it—no mismatched pieces, just perfectly blended, natural-looking color! Beyond her talent, Serena made the entire experience enjoyable with great conversation and lots of laughs. I didn’t just leave with amazing hair—I left as the happiest customer in Granbury! I’ve gone back several times and been thrilled after every visit. The cut is so good that it still looks great when I return after seven weeks. I only wish I’d found Cris sooner.

She just knew what to do, even tho I was really unsure of what I wanted, she knew I NEEDED. Gave me confidence I didn’t know I had. If I could give 10 stars I would. (P.S.
